NO Rigging, NO Welding, NO Cranes, No Gantries or special equipment is necessary.  The access cover is Always Fully Supported; the Bolt-On Hinge™ is installed while the access cover is fixed to the flange.

Once installed, it will take your mechanic approximately 15 minutes, NOT hours to open the access cover.  The Bolt-On Hinge™ ALWAYS FULLY SUPPORTS the heavy access cover leaving the mechanic free to safely and efficiently perform required maintenance, inspection and emergency fixes.  

The Bolt-On Hinge™ is installed while the access cover is attached to its mating flange. It is fastened by using the existing bolt holes in the cover and the mating flange. Installation does not require any hot work or welding eliminating the need to recertify the vessel.
